DroTradeX Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with DroTradeX! As a dropshipping store, we partner with reliable third-party suppliers to source and ship high-quality products directly to you. This model allows us to offer a wide variety of items at competitive prices. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our process and delivery expectations.

 

Order Processing

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment.

  • Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed, verified, and sent to our suppliers for fulfillment within 1–7 business days Orders placed  on a business day 

Please note: Processing time is separate from the shipping/delivery time.

 

Shipping & Delivery Estimates (US Orders)

 

We ship to all 50 states in the United States. Since we use various suppliers, shipping times can vary depending on the product, supplier location, and current carrier volumes.

  • Business days do not include weekends or US Federal Holidays.
  • The delivery timelines above are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs holds, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

If you offer international shipping, you must add: International orders may be subject to longer transit times, and customers are solely responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges that may be imposed by their country. DroTradeX is not responsible for these charges.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, size of the items in your order, and the selected shipping method. We offer:

  • List your specific shipping cost policy, e.g., A flat rate, or free shipping over a certain order value.

 

Tracking Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email that includes your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within [48–72] hours after you receive the email.

  • You can track your order directly on the carrier's website or via our [Link to your tracking page].
  • If you have not received a tracking number within [7] business days of placing your order, please contact us at droptradex@gmail.com

Shipping Issues

Missing or Lost Packages

  • If the tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
  • DroTradeX is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we will assist you by providing all necessary shipping and tracking details to the carrier.

Damaged Products

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately (within [3] days of delivery) at droptradex@gmail.com
  • Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage to the product and the packaging. We will work with our supplier to arrange a replacement or a full refund, as covered by our Return/Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Address

 Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error immediately after placing an order, contact us at droptradex@gmail.com  as soon as possible.

  • Once an order has been sent to the supplier for fulfillment, we cannot guarantee an address change. If a package is returned to the supplier due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for new shipping charges to resend the order.
